about me
City, University of London's BA Journalism graduate, currently working as a Web Content Assistant.
Through my work over the years as a freelance content writer, social media content producer and video editor, I have found myself the happiest when working in a fast-paced environment.
I have had the opportunity to write original features for print and online (ensuring they are SEO-friendly), create assets for social media and engage with a global audience on multiple platforms with the aim of increasing the website’s traffic.
My journalism interests are substantially focused on reporting the power of social media, interviewing creatives and investigating stories of current interest. My personal interests, however, involve travelling, being adventurous with my tastebuds and exploring the Marvel universe.
The basis of my work and core values alike have always been about equality, the need for diversity, and teamwork.

Is it time to get off the grid?
An investigation piece looking into Instagram's protective regulations against harmful and triggering content for teenagers. But is it a case of too little, too late?
The feature was written for a pilot magazine called Fired Up. Along with my role as picture editor of the magazine, I produced pieces adopting a solutions-based approach to global issues.
Months of hard work have gone into producing Fired Up's first issue. It is packed with informative articles turning anger into activism, including the rise of youth activism, the issue with tissues, prisoner rehabilitation schemes, whether YOU need the army and much more!
